Así han surgido, y siguen surgiendo, diversos neuroderechos y neurodeberes, como el respeto integral a la intimidad mental, la propiedad de los neurodatos, el libre albedrío, etc. Su regulación nos adentra en los derechos humanos evolucionados contemporáneamente, y también en las garantías fundamentales de los mismos. Quienes me conocen personalmente, o por mis múltiples conferencias o trabajos, saben que es mi característica ser un autor realista, es decir, que ve la realidad de lo que sucede en la práctica. No somos solo teóricos de medianoche, aunque conocemos muy bien la teoría pura como juristas, publicistas, especialistas en legaltech y neurojuristas. Es un hecho que la tecnología siempre debe estar al servicio del ser humano y, por tanto, el desarrollo científico y tecnológico se debe llevar a cabo con respeto a la vida y la integridad física y psíquica de las personas. Por tanto, en la lectura de esta obra, por lo menos, lo introduciré al conocimiento del Arte Real del instituto que nos convoca."
